HOLA everyone,
I have now been wandering Mexico for a month and have not ceased to be amazed and to fall in love with all that was happening to me. From the people I met, to the food I put in my body. I love life and I hope it is contagious. This will be a long newsletter filled with good news and love...
On the paved streets
My heart beats
Amongst pastel houses
And purple bougainvilliers
My inspiration finds its happiness
Erring Mexico´s randomness
Another shot of Mezcal
And my horse leaves the corral
My words gallop through Coyoacan
While my body flies as it can
I think of Diego and Frida
When I empty my Tequila
And leave the Mariachis
Sing why my heart lives
Will Mexico be so sweet
To let me under her sheet

Expiration Date
what if one day you clean out you cupboard, your refrigerator, your...you
what if you find there was something perfectly good that went to waste because
because it got pushed back too far to notice
because you forgot and got a new one
because you have too much...or too many
because...
because it expired
what if it was perfect
what if it was the missing ingredient
what if it was so full that at any moment if could spill over
a delicious flavor, unlike any
what if you forget to savor it
what if you spill a drop
waste it
let it sit too long
what if it expires
what if...

THE "SPREAD YOUR LOVE" PROJECT
.

The project has grown considerably this month. many people have joined the group and we are lucky to have new catalysts of love amongst us.
To this day, I have managed to organise a few Spread Your Love actions in the streets of Mexico and the positive vibration follows its own path. I have been invited to talk about Spread Your Love and KORAKOR in two universities in the north of Mexico. Lilo has managed to boost her students to raise the necessary money to fly me over there by selling cakes, car-washing...I am truly touched by their love. I am flying to Acuna on November 15th, where I will spend a few days spreading my love there and joining their enthusiastic group.
Here are some pictures of the Spread Your Love actions in the streets of Mexico.

SPREAD YOUR LOVE

.
- Each month, I am inviting you to send your love to someone who might need your help, your support and just unconditional love. be it a postcard, a drawing, a photo or a poem, the most important is to send it so that the person will feel loved.
This month, I am inviting you to send your love to Rebecca Rivoal (she speaks English and French) who is suffering from a double hernia and will have surgery on November, 15th. She is pretrified to go to the hospital and I truly believe your support will help a lot.
Please, send your love to:

KORAKOR GOOD DEALS
- After spending 5 days in a tiny mountain village in the region of Oaxaca, I came up with the burning desire to start my first KORAKOR English program. In January and February, I will organise the first entirely free English course for the local population. It will most probably be a 5-week intensive program and I will need voluntaries to help me. I have already obtained a house for us to live in while we teach. I will soon create a blog for this project on which you will learn more about how can you join, how can you sponsor a kid...
It is one of those villages where children roam the streets, where old folks ride their donkeys to the fields and where you jump in the river to escape the afternoon scorching sun...more to come. stay tuned and let me know if you are interested.
I am sending you all my unconditional love from Mexico...
